AVAILABILITY
How big is the Elm?
We pride ourselves on being a boutique luxury building with only 44-units total across 6 floors. Quality over quantity was paramount in this project. Each floor features 9 units, with an exclusive 8 on the 6th floor. The Elm features a unit-mix of studio, one-bed, two-bed, and four-bedroom suites.
How fast are these units renting?
The 4 beds/4 baths units are in high demand and usually rent in the fall for a move-in date of June 1st for the following year. The 2 beds/2 baths start renting in January/February for a move-in date of June1st in the same year. We have a waiting list for these units - please email hello@farnamgroup.com
How can I tour these units if I don’t live in the area?

Can I tour the building in person?
Yes, please contact your leasing agent or email us at hello@farnamgroup.com to arrange a tour.
Are short term leases allowed at the Elm?
Because the building is in such high demand we do not offer short term leases. The minimum lease we offer is 12-month.

Yes, depending on the unit layout the machine style will vary.

Are utilities included?
No. Tenants are responsible for water, sewer and electric. There is an optional wifi charge of $50 per month.

Is The Elm pet friendly?
Yes, the Elm is Pet Friendly! There are some breed restrictions so please ask if you have any questions.
Is there a pet fee?
Yes: there is a non-refundable pet one-time fee of $250.00 (due at lease signing) and an additional $25 per month per pet.

Is off-street parking available?
Yes, we offer covered and uncovered off-street parking for a monthly fee.
Is there a parking fee?
Yes: Covered $200/mo Uncovered $175/mo
ACCESSIBILITY
Is the Elm handicap accessible?
Yes— Handicap accessible units: 202, 204, 206, 207, 209
How do the ADA units differ from non-ADA units?
ADAs showers have a detachable head in addition to a regular shower head, non-ADA units do not.
Kitchen cabinets same height however the countertops are 2 inches shorter in ADA. 36 vs 38
ADAs have countertop microwaves as opposed to higher up
